I found this video by chance, and now it has become one of my favorite. Robert Evans is an accomplished Hollywood director, and it shows in the quality of this movie. It covers the life of His Holiness Pope John Paul II. A very beautiful and moving soundtrack accompanies a collage of stills and film detailing the life of His Holiness. Subtitles explain the significance of the events that are chronoligically unfolding before your eyes. From His childhood, to priesthood, to cardnial, to the Bishop of Rome; it beautifully connects his life. I have yet to watch it without running for the tissue, "It's Simply That Moving"!! Perfect for all ages and great for Cathecisim or CYO class. The "only" disappointment is last 2 minutes which breaks out into a "Planet Is Alive" song/agenda message. Fortunately, all VCR's have a stop button, so enjoy this very moving bio/tribute to one of thee most influential persons of the 21st century, His Holiness Pope John Paul II.
