The book contains very precise, detailed instructions on the physical 'how to' parts of the game for the beginner as well as for the single digit player. However, most of the dynamics of the putting process are described, with illustrations, in spiritual and metaphysical terms. The 'essence' of putting is obviously not a physical endeavor, but mental and spiritual. This book demonstrates these powers by actual examples and illustrations. There are new insights and observations not seen before in a golf book. There is also an exercise section, which contains yoga exercises demonstrated by Kali Ray. She is an internationally famous yogini and perhaps the best hatha yoga teacher in North America. However, most of the exercises used are from standard North American physical education practices. The book also contains simple putting drills needed to learn and maintain your perfect putting stroke.

Not only does this book give you easy to follow tips on putting and exercise but it contains lots of invaluable gems of wisdom on the "mind game" of golf.
